WELCOME Tony and Cheryl Yates started CrossWalk Fellowship with approximately 7 other people on July 2nd 2006. They have been in the ministry for more than 20 years and both have hearts to minister to God’s people. They are committed to the mission of CrossWalk Fellowship: loving God and loving people. Tony and Cheryl desire to minister to the body of Christ by pastoring, preaching, teaching and mentoring. Tony and Cheryl have been married for 25 years and have two children Tony Jr. (24 yrs. Old) and Charity (21 yrs. Old) Tony has had a lot of life experience which enables him to minister to all walks of life and gives him a powerful relevant ministry as pastor and leader. He is known as a preacher/teacher who makes the Bible understandable. Pastor Tony prepared himself for the ministry by attending Trinity College of the Bible graduating with an Associates degree in Biblical Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education. He has also earned a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling through Biblical Life Seminary. His passions are to experience the presence of God, equip the people of God and extend the kingdom of God. He also desires to raise up other leaders and release them into their calling and destiny. Cheryl is a true picture of a helpmate. She has been involved with teaching Women’s groups, hospitality coordinator, developing children’s material, counseling, administration, and worship leader. Cheryl is also a powerful prayer warrior. It is Cheryl’s desire to bring spiritual protection through prayer, counseling and giving care to the body of Christ.
